Hannah Hope and Sam Gold are BANT registered Nutritionists specialising in women’s health and hormones. They studied Nutrition at the world-renowned College of Naturopathic medicine in London for 3 years and have completed many additional trainings in this area.
They both had their own journeys into nutrition, but for very similar reasons, and their outlook and mission means they work well together to deliver the same outcomes to their clients.
After years of living with uncomfortable hormonal and gut symptoms, Hannah decided to take matters into her own hands. She studied Nutrition and discovered how to soften the physical and emotional symptoms from these hormonal changes with diet, lifestyle, and natural supplements.
She is now a female hormone expert working with women of all ages in a one-to-one setting or within online group programmes to feel well again.
After struggling in her twenties with erratic moods, severe period pain and misdiagnosed IBS, Sam discovered that natural therapies such as acupuncture, coupled with diet, lifestyle and supplements changed her health radically.
She is now a Women’s Health expert and is passionate about educating women from their mid-thirties, that through nourishment, movement and connection, they can thrive and live a life full of vitality
